Admission Procedure

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Admission to 8th, 9th, 10th, 1st year, 2nd year, start after the declaration of the result of the secondary school  SSC/HSSC by the FBISE and all other boards. Admission to all the classes are made according to the admission policy declared by the advisory council. The prevailing rules for admission are as follows:

Eligibility: Following students are eligible to apply for admission.

8th Class: The students studying in 7th of 8th classes. However, the student must have passed 7th class at time of final interview.

9th Class: The student studying in 8th or 9th classes. However the student must have passed 8th class at time of final interview.

10th Class: The student who have passed 9th class from any board.

1st year: The student who have passed SSC exam from any board.

2nd year: The student who have passed 1st year from any board.

Submission of Application Form: Following procedure has to be adopted for submission of application form:

1. i.Entries in the application form must be based on correct information. Fasle information by candidate at any stage of his study in Iqra Public School & College will render him liable to disciplinary action.
2. ii.The application form duly filled should be submitted at the prescribed place in the prospectus.

Selection Procedure: The selection is based on candidate’s performance/grading in the following:

1. i.        Written test according to the syllabus of the respective class.
2. ii.      Interview.
3. iii.    60% marks in board exam.

Admission Test:

1. i.        Admission test will be conducted according to the date mentioned in application form.
2. ii.      The test will be subjective type for 9th class and objective type for 10th, 1st year and 2nd year.

Documents to be attached with application form:

• Attested photocopy of respective class detailed marksheet. If board certificates are not available (result waiting) then attach hope certificate of 80% marks.(only for 10th and higher classes).

• Character certificate.
• Attested photocopy of Form-B
• Photo copy of father’s NIC.
• 6 photographs.
• 10 post envelops.

ISLAMIC TEACHING AND TRAINING PROGRAMME:

We are having a comprehensive Islamic teaching and training programme.

• Daily five time prayers in mosque.

• Daily Dars-e-Quran after Fajar prayer.

• Every Friday night Dua-e-Kumail or Dua-e-Tawasal.

• Every Friday after Namaz-e-Fajar Ziarat-e-Aashora.

• Lectures of Aqaid, Ikhlaqiat, Ahkam, History and Current Affairs.
